Notes view allows you to browse both bar-level commentary from the OCVE team and user annotations attached to bars (or ranges of bars). Additionally if you have registered as a user on the OCVE website, and are logged in, you may additionally add new annotations, view annotations you have created but not made publicly visible, edit annotations you have already made, or delete annotations.
